BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Oswego State (N.Y.) men's ice hockey team scored three goals in each of the first two periods and four in the third on its way to a 10-2 victory over Tufts University in the consolation game of the Bowdoin Thanksgiving Tournament on Sunday. The Lakers were sparked by Kevin Naughton and Joe Pecoraro who each had two goals on the afternoon.

The two teams traded goals to start the game before Oswego (2-3-1) went on a three-goal binge, capped off by Naughton's second goal of the game 3:42 into the second period. Tufts (1-2-0) managed to cut the deficit to 4-2 early in the second on a Drew Carleton goal, but the Lakers tallied six-straight scores to end the game for the 10-2 triumph.

Joe Lofberg turned away 19 shots in the winning effort for Oswego while Ian Kell and Alex Scerbo teamed up to make 31 saves for the Jumbos.
