Late report on last weekend games and this weekend update - no games this weekend, for you out of towners we are looking at
18-30 inches depending where you are - games will be rescheduled, likely individually, and anytime in the next 10 days
We were home and home with Conn Col last weekend - on Fri at CC we did not play our best and came out on the short end of a
5-2 game - no scoring in the first period, 5 goals in the second and 2 more by CC in the third - our goals were midway
through the period, one on the PP and one even up - Gallegos and Griffin had the goals with Plimmer, Barker and Granato
getting assists
On our ice Saturday afternoon we were on the losing of a very good game - we came out quick in the first period scoring at
2:45, Campbell from Nick Metcalfe and Pantazopoulos - CC came back to tie it up 6:02 and it stayed that into the second
but not for long - Hartigan and Power teamed up at 2:26 to put us up by one but 1:10 later it was a tie game - you will
note that we have given up many goals right after we score ---- from there until late in the third it continued to be a
very good game with us having a bit of the edge shot wise and territorially - one of the few times CC took it to us they
scored the winner at 16:00 - we deserved better - both goalies played well, Phillips in the net for us
