Last nights game was against old rival Suffolk - they are undefeated in the Northeast division
The first period was all Tufts for the first 12 minutes or so - Suffolk however capitalized on a botched defensive change with a quick 3 on 1 goal - it seemed maybe we were in for one of those nights - that was quickly dispelled by a Korchin goal at 17:51 and a follow up Rosano goal at 18:22 (assists to Cooper, McCarthy, Davis and Mitchell) - shots in the period were a gigantic 20 -15, that ok for some games - in the second we continued to play very good hockey and at 9:06 O'Connell scored from Hertzog and Gimbel and at 15:57 we widened the lead to three goals, McCarthy from Walker and Cooper ----- into the third we go and the play evens out a bit but the defense and Kalec held the fort and another O'Connell, Hertzog, Gimbel combo at 12:05 made for the 5-1 ---- a nice win all around - the work ethic was great
