We started the second semester in rough fashion losing to Williams on Fri PM 7-3 and to Middlebury on Sat 12-2 - in addition to facing one very good team and another great team we had to replace 4 starting forwards with players getting their first taste of action this year, tough way to get your feet wet.
The Williams game was 1-1 after one but 2 quick 2nd period goals started the road to a 7-3 final.
The Middlebury game was not very good from the get go - we worked hard but could not match up to their overall talent level - Van Pelt, Delaney-Winn, Murphy and Cleary were multiple scorers and I thought that Rotondi and Schatz played very well.
We have to get it cranked up starting Tues vs Conn Col followed by Skimore and Castleton St.
